진짜 솔직히 개인적으로 수많은 먹방 유튜버들 보면 엄청 많이 먹고 빨리 먹고 뭐 그런거 봐도 ‘진짜 대단한 능력이다’ 라고 생각한적이 한번도 없었는데 햄지님은 어떤 음식을 먹어도 정말 과하지 않고 정말 맛있게 먹으면서 보는 사람이 저 음식을 정말 먹고싶게 하는 그런 힘이 있는듯해요. 수많은 먹방 유튜버 중에서 유일하게 제 개인적으로 먹는게 정말 ‘대단한 능력’ 이라고 표현 할 수 있는 분 같아요.

This isn’t for y better half but foe me the sound of somebody enjoying their food & eating with ease is just wonderful. I have had issues with food & eating, only because of anxiety & stress. Not a comfort eater, in fact the opposite. Watching the prep in these posts & then listening & watching eating without feeling under pressure to eat has actually been a tonic. The posts feel as if you are there listening to a real meal out with somebody & or, being in the kitchen with them whilst prepping in the comfort of your own home. It has taken so much pressure off of being around somebody (I know it isn’t real but the sounds of the kitchen, prepping & eating is all part of triggers. The same as being in an eatery.) makes me feel hungry. Which is fantastic. Even if I just have a peanut or some mash etc. It seems to kick my stomach into action (to a small but for me, a massive difference.) without the pressure of having food in front of me. Thank you for your posts. The good you eat os very much what I love to eat. In fact, as of next year, I’m going to start my love of cooking food again. This time, instead of curries, English food & Turkish, I’m going to go for Malaysian, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese foods. Especially the ones with plenty of sauce or broths as it helps the food go down plus hydrate. Love noodles & rice & absolutely adore sushi. Thank you again, you’ve helped somebody that’s had issues get back to enjoying food again. I would seriously, for anybody reading this that knows of somebody with eating issues that once had a big appetite for food to watch these as, again, I’m now hungry & off to eat. 🥰
