Haha! In Japan, rice with green tea, snapper toppings cost you a lot of $$$ at top end Japanese restaurant. You can buy green tea seasoning for rice (mmmm hard to explain) any supermarket or convenience store. It’s very common dish at home, pubs and restaurants.

Mixing rice with hot tea is a traditional dish in Japan called Ochazuke. I've never heard/seen rice with cold tea like what Hamzy is doing, but it seems like a Korean version of Ochazuke.

First time I've seen your puppy on the table. lol. He just wanted to be closer to your level and see what you were doing. He's a good boy. I looked up that one vegetable cause I was curious, it's the lotus root. You have quite a few vegetables in Korea that don't even exist as far as growing them in the US. You're such a good cook Hamzy and so creative.
