Dear Mr. Irfanullah, Interesting video. One question regarding slide 12-4. When you say that entering a new geography is an option, dont you think that unless the company has certain exclusivity in entering a new market ( such as special ties with government), it may not be an option, Because if the market is attractive to a company based on the research it has conducted, it might be the same for another company/competitor. So IMHO, the opportunity to enter a new market is different than having an option to enter a new market. Please suggest
