They're basically made in the same factory except on the side and probably at night and without the final QC. Which is why they're so good. You have to wonder if you can't tell the difference than which is fake?

Nailed it. Except there often is final QC. And even if it's a different factory, the moulds and the source components are the same or indistinguishable. And these shoes have been around for over 25 years - plenty of time to get it right.

they are not made in the same factory thats a common myth, there are also tier levels of fakes with some using cheaper material and others using very similar or some of the same as the real but there are not many fakes that are true replicas as in made basically identical to the real ones. They keep getting better at making them each year though, it may get to a point where they can make them to where you cant tell but not yet.

SZo the final assembly point is not as important as where and how the source material were acquired. The knit upper with the ultraboost was initially tricky to duplicate, but the CNC knitting machines are now widely available as is the knit material and the coding for the knitting sequences has made it out into the wild. And this is really a very high tech shoe. The Jordan 11 is 25+ years old. There's nothing secret about the process to make it. There are tons of suppliers for the materials and excellent quality moulds, with plenty of people who used to make them in legitimate factories able to sell their skills to smaller operators.

I was lucky enough to get 5 authentic pairs from various raffles and none of them are identical and all have various imperfections, so side-by-side comparisons don’t even work with those. Jubilee’s aren’t reselling for much over retail so to knowingly pay retail for a fake doesn’t really stack up but imagine the same with something like a Union 1- £150 for a 1:1 fake or £1,500 for real.. 😕
