I am not studying law. I am in the middle of an estate issue with my father's wife.Father still alive (praise God), but she has moved him 2000 miles away and now wants to sell HIS home and put him in a nursing home 😭. We haven't seen him in 2 years. She was never on the deed (my mother and father held deed). She took my mothers name off and had hers replaced. My father signed it, while he has Alzheimers. It's a mess for sure. On top of that she DOES have a life estate but is letting her kids there for FREE and they are destroying the property. We have a family business on the property established b4 they met. Now the deed is a quit claim, but has warranty verbiage in it? Prayers for our family please!!! Your videos are a God send! Ty!
