Yes Wenger is a great coach because he built everything from the beginning, he really taught everyone nice football, he also showed everyone how deals must be done and how one can bring the best out of every player. Henry was a winger with Juve but he made him a forward. We all know what happened next. He also created some of the best footballers.

Pep is a good manager however, note the guts it takes to sell, Henry, Ibrahimovic, Ronaldinho, Deco, etc... and almost start all over again with youth players and other lesser known stars, he did exactly what he had to, the old team had achieved everything and didn't really have the "fire" in them anymore, so he got a team of kids hungry for titles in their place, that's a very clever and brave move that most manager's would've been to scared to make.

We´ll be able to compare pep and mou until pep wins anything with another team, barca has excellent players that's for sure, but mou has win trophies in different leagues, until today that's the difference. Sadly after all the history pep has made in barcelona he still has to prove himself at least against mou, but that's only my opinion. =)

Yes, when Brendan Rodgers managed Swansea, they played a form a football that many described as "Tiki-Taka" come on, don't you watch football? Yes, under Brendan Rodgers, yes Inter did outplay Barça there was one instance where Milito was not offside, basically alone with Valdez and the ref called him for a non-existant offside, Ref calls are the excuses of the losers, Milan outplayed them, besides if Barça was as overpowering under Pep as you say they were they wouldn't need 2 Penalties to beat Inter right? Guardiola coached 1 team, Sir Alex & Wenger coached about 4 teams each under the same emblems, but still different teams.

Well not to any club, the same way mourinho didn't win everywhere he went, you need a fitting budget to get the required players, but Pep is grossly overrated whenever anyone compares him to Mourinho, regardless of what he did in Barça before Mourinho, Mourinho eventually beat even one of the greatest teams the world has seen and Pep needs to prove himself in other clubs now to show he's really on the same level.

You telling me Mourinho's inter was lucky to beat Barcelona? I saw them completely outplay Barça myself. Rijkaard had those players at his disposal for the most part, except the team was very different and built around completely different players, tiki-taka is very successful in almost any team, look at Swansea in England for instance. He is overrated because he's only been successful in Barça with loads of money and major stars, Mourinho made it without those things.

Pep hasn't proved himself for me. As someone said he had some very successful seasons with a team he knows very well, in his country, with players he knows since teenagers and generally surrounded by people he knows very well. Mourinho was better than him this season. For me Pep will prove his worth and put himsel up there with the greatest coaches in history only if he joins another club in another league and do very well.

wat makes u think fergie cant win with any team? he led aberdeen, a virtually unknown scottish club who hadnt won the league in 25 years to a league title, broke celtic and rangers dominance of scottish football and led them to 2 more titles in 84 and 85, 4 scottish cups, 1 league cup, 1 european CWC and 1 supercup..then single-handedly led United to become the best club in english football and he still continues to dunno abt pep..only when he leaves barca will we know exactly wat he is made of
