India’s rate of economic growth has been increasing for the last decade, surpassing 7% in recent years. Chinese growth rates have been declining during the same period to now approx 5% (officially). Many economists now project that India will overtake China as the world’s 2nd largest economy.

Yeah China has more planes but their jets actually only can fly 300hours before needing a engine swap which means it would need a swap every 4-6months when just on standby doing the usual standard training flights. The Chinese aero industry doesn't have the capability to keep up with the amount of engine production that would be needed to allow China to maintain planes in the air for longer than maybe 4-6months at the most. Take into consideration a mig or a American f16 can fly for 2000hours or more before needing a engine swap they also cost about 1/3 as much to swap than the Chinese. Also most of the money spent on the Chinese military isn't spent on the military it's siphoned off by the heads of the military and pocketed by them instead of buying the vehicles ect it was sapposed to buy and so they report they did buy it and bejing doesn't check and so the numbers of vehicles is probably only half of what's reported to exist and the quality of those they do have is of lower quality than heavy duty custom United States civilian legal vehicles and they cost 1/3 the price since they aren't inflated due to bribes being needed. So in conclusion China has at best half of the resources it reports and it's quality is maybe at best 25% as good as whats reported

I'm curious why Taiwan doesn't seem to be doing more to rapidly build up their military, like Poland has been doing since the Russian invasion of Ukraine. China has made their intentions clear. Even with the threat from a Chinese invasion getting more serious every day I saw an article recently that said Taiwan has lowered the time requirement for their conscripts down to just 4 months. 🤷

Bc Taiwan is honestly still apart of China and building up their military too fast will threaten China and attack and that’s honestly taiwans last choice bc in all honesty they won’t win unfortunately so they jus have to kinda bend w chinas rule but the new generation of Taiwan is pushing hard for liberation while the older generation of Taiwan wants to connect back to China, a generation ago Taiwanese were asked if they consider themselves Chinese or Taiwanese and most if not all said Chinese but this new generation consider themselves Taiwanese and wants to break away from chinas gov
@Bombaysapphire1978 Жыл бұрын
@@sammylegaspi2214 I guess that makes sense. If China sees Taiwan going all out to build up their military forces they might just decide to invade as soon as they can assemble their forces despite not being fully prepared. They'd probably think to themselves, "The longer we wait, the stronger they're getting and the more difficult this invasion is going to be. It's better to go now while there is still a window of opportunity than to wait until Taiwan gets too powerful to make it nearly impossible." On the other hand Taiwan might be wise to still build up their military, but to do it quietly so they don't spur the dragon into action.

Look into their defense strategy called the “Silicon Shield” which was created by the owner/founder of TSMC. This is changing since the US is increasing “domestic” production of advanced chips to the U.S. TSMC is still producing the most advanced chips in Taiwan. The plan is to produce the previous generation chips here in the US. China can produce simple chips but nothing like the advanced chips used in cutting edge GPUs, CPUs, etc which are absolutely critical for military hardware/ applications as well as AI, etc. China is trying to increase its production and knowledge in the chip production industry. However China has a HUGE stranglehold on the rare earth mineral market and especially the processing of those minerals. I think the last time I saw numbers China processes 90% of the worlds rare earth minerals which causes a huge problem for the entire world right now.

It would really do everyone some good to learn about the real history. Why the PRC and the CCP exist. What happened during the cultural revolution and why the CCP destroyed their cultural identity and many millions of their own people. I lived in the CCP’s China for nearly a decade, Taiwan for a few years, and visited Hong Kong many times. The only people who enjoy the CCP’s China are Han Chinese. I’ve never experienced racism like I did in the CCP’s China. The reason why my wife and I left and moved to Taiwan was because we were attacked one day for simply existing. Walking down the street, holding hands. My wife is Han Chinese and I’m a black American. It started with one Han Chinese man berating us. It ended up with a group of 10 Han Chinese men attacking us and even putting their hands on BOTH of us. I knew I couldn’t do anything because if I fought back I’d end up in jail. Luckily my wife recorded a lot of it and it probably saved my life. After this happened we couldn’t get out of there faster. My wife and I refuse to ever go back to the CCP’s China. We go to the PRC every once in a while to visit her family or they will come to the US and visit for a little bit.
