The bigger one gets to go free, but only because she doesn't chase the kanga's. And then there's snakes! 18:50 That's a very beautiful drawing and I liked watching you do a bit of drawing. 21:40 Look at it this way, you've got bloody good skin with a very healthy colour. 22:50 There's something very satisfying watching and hearing your dog enjoying their food. 25:15 All my dogs have enjoyed a good snuggle under blankets (preferably mine!). I now have a chihuahua x papillon and he sleeps next to my head on a towel with a pillow or a blanket over him, and a kelpie girl who is always trying to get under the blanket with me. Great tip on the awning Brenna. It’s just enough shade and protection from sun, wind and rain but holds up with heavier wind. I will certainly implement this hack. Just had to add Abby is living her best life.

My son went through a lighting of matches phase which terrified me. So I took him to the old fire station in Murray street, and they did a great thing with both of us, not saying "don't", but letting us know the main reasons (in order) for house fires in WA-irons left on, candles left burning, kitchen curtains near the toaster or stove, clothes dryer filters uncleared, sparks from open fire-places, and littlies experimenting with matches. Who'd have thought I would be more of a danger than him? Extra windy due on christmas day, but the Southern Ocean is very beautiful. Fishers also leave fish-hooks and lures behind, so a great decision to protect Abby from their lazy ways.

Pro tip to stop your dog from spreading the dry food all over the place is to put half a cup of water into the bowl of dry food. It also helps them stay hydrated.

Thank you for sharing your day! And I loved the art video also even though I knew a lot from Patreon ... still, seeing it in sequence and hearing your thoughts was inspirational! One little thing I picked up and added to my own sketchbook: DATES!! Probably seems like a no-brainer but I hadn't thought of it and I know I will appreciate it down the road! I am a mountain-forest person but WOW that beach and the water is beautiful and so much fun watching Abby enjoy it! More light ... I am at 48 North and right now until Thursday ... a bit over 8 hours of daylight and THAT is a very southern arc so long dawn and dusk. On one hand I enjoy and on the other ... I am ready to be in my jammies by 4:00 p.m. Art (and a ring light) is saving me :) . I am using a ring light over my little art table for evening art sessions. LOVE it!. Hope the new mic arrives soon and works well for you!

Brenna, i made a short double loop extension. Hold the edge of the corner of the awning and slide the loop over. You have a loop at the other end. Now with like a short guide rope. Put your tent peg in. Clip it into the loop and pull tightly. If rain unclip. Roll up but leave your guide rope out. Then sun all you have to do is reclip and pull tight. Why double looped end. You not clipping into the eyelet. But pulling on the material and not pulling eyelet out.

One of our old cats has always used her paw to delicately pick up each piece of dry food to eat it . Haha and she grabs each piece of anything else , a strip of chicken , piece of meat then place it on the floor before eating it. It's like she distrusts the bowls. Haha. I was laughing at Abby down the beach running to the water then up the other way, she just loved it. She’ll sleep well tonight. Hi Brenna... i love your videos and always watch til the end... go us 33%ers 😊 hopefully the % increases. Abby is just like my Max he always sleeps under the covers and has to be touching me whether its a little foot or his whole back against me. He also does the kibble spreading before eating it all. Sometimes he eats pieces from the bowl but also spreads it on the floor. Only the kibble not his chicken and veg I cook up for him... that never lasts long haha. I love how excited Abby gets at the beach she is adorable. See you on the next one 😊

Ollie would be the same at the beach! She loves eating all sorts of random crap (or actual crap!!) off the ground, and it only took that one time of her waking me several times during the night while out camping to go and have terrible diarrhoea, that made me decide she was better off staying on her lead. I’m thankful it was only diarrhoea for one night and nothing that made her _really_ unwell!

Great video Brenna. Love your walks with Abbie. Shame about the microphone breaking. Love the awning alternative too. I have the Dometic water container and pump too. I love you can so easily wash them out, as needed. I have a muzzle for my dog to stop him eating poisonous stuff when camping. Dog baits terrify me. My whippet also loves burying under a blanket.

That seems like a nice park, with all the amenities that you need. Was that snow on the ground? Probably not, as you're in summer there. It's been a warm winter, so far here. Hey Brenna, what type of side wall are you using? I always use my kings one in the sail track of my awning, but I never liked that you have to have the awning unzipped and un tied to use the sail track, especially when it's raining and I then have to dry an awning I wasn't even using

Hi Brenna with the awning, could you pull out the regular awning and just lower it down? Im just researching awnings at the moment. I see what you did with the side but then wondered if the main awning could also be slanted.

It could probably be slanted but I think it would still be a problem with gusts of wind. and not sure how you would secure it. I found the whole thing very awkward but it doesn't mean you will. All the best with your research.
