Newly Licensed builder. We have to fill out the same forms. Do a video on subs insurance, GL, work comp have it or don’t, who is policing it that sort of thing. There is just two of us. A lot of the undocumented labor does not have the insurance like wc or even GL. We come from the remodel world with good experience. We have built one sold it and are about to start two more. Good video. The trades need more of this type of clarity. People that work with their hands are missing out too. There is a lot of money to be made in the next 12 years.

Thats the problem. Timeline. Remodels are easier to make money. No real timeline other than the builder pushing the home Depot to hurry

The problem here in Florida is finding and flips with s worthwhile margin imo. These companies do 5/month and 10k each. Works for them. For me Id rather do one or two big projects. To each his own I guess. Thanks for visiting the channel!
