I watched this movie in cinema's and it got me so hyped because of the command-fight of the robots. I got older and I watched it again and it's a wholesome movie, fully packed with emotions (comedy, joy, drama, loss, etc). I also wonder why it doesn't have a higher ratings in most movie sites. I remember seeing this in theaters with my friend and we knew absolutely NOTHING about it. We hadn't seen a trailer and didn't even see a poster of it at the theater. It felt like this got zero advertising at the time. Anyway, we went into this as blind as you can and were absolutely floored by just how good it was. This movie punches above its weight class -- pun intended. It's a movie about boxing robots that is somehow so...human. I freaking love this movie and it's crazy how it still doesn't get the recognition it deserves. This REALLY is a good movie and I agree that it's one of the most underrated movies out there.

It really is Underrated. It seemed to get the love that it deserved, and the sequel has begun production, so I'm not sure why that site said there was not going to be one lmao. I assume all this is due to reactors and more screen time as it's on Hulu. Also, the kid was young Thor in the first movie, and The Aunt was Tony Stark's mom. This movie is sacked with MCU actors/actresses. Also I suggest you watch VFX Artist React to Real Steel if you want an easy breakout down of how they filmed the movie!
