As of now no, and it's unlikely it will be possible. WRB.com has been shut down several years ago and there doesn't seem to be any properly working archive of it in the WayBack Machine. If anything, a tech demo of the game showcasing Noisy Boy has been found some time ago, you can check it out on Cliffjumper38's channel.

​@@witherambushalright and I did some research I found some pictures of the robot models in the game and a video gameplay uploaded by a kid this is the name of his KZbin channel hulklenzcp. I hope this game could be playable or making a game like that could not be very difficult
