I just stumbled this video and i really wish u well. I am 51 years old and diagnosed anorexia 30 yesrs ago when i graduated. I never recovered and i stupidly thought i woild grew old and out of it. I did aged but never went back to normal eating. Long story short u dont persist u would be like me, old and miss all the fun in life, marrise, travelling, family, everything

Woow, this is strong! It's so scary how we are conditioned by society standards instead of what really matters. I think one of the biggest things in recovery is just that - understanding what really matters and living by it.

You are so so not alone my love❤️ something about the way you speak is something so many people can relate to. This is the hard fucking work, and I’m going through it to. Your body changing, your mind screaming at you, and you facing the concept that you are so much more than what your body looks like. Korean Vlogs I wake up with swollen fingers too. It usually subsides through the day, but it would trigger bad thoughts every time i noticed, so I stopped wearing my rings and only look in the mirror as necessary.
