I normally dont comment but i like the way u did this video, for me asmr is relaxing and gets my mind from wandering off or panicing. Asmr has actually made me appreciate everyday life noises and i find sounds and noises very relaxing now from anything going on around me. something that i always do is go to the salon or whatever and get them like stronger? I heard from my teacher who has long nails that she does it so they dont break easily. Hope this helps

Nail polish! I find that it creates an extra layer and they don’t break as easily. It doesn’t even have to be a color, you can just use clear nail polish and it should do the job.

Journals can be used for writing anything, deep thoughts on life, feelings that we encounter daily. If we have favorite artists, then it's great to write playlists, reviews. Movies, songs and series are great resources of journal writing. If you are planning to insert many small adorable items such as washi, stickers or memo pads, it's best to get a grid notebook or a dotted notebook. It's easy to position things and stuff like that. However, if you like writing more than decorating, lined would be great too.
