Stu, how do you clean up the face of the brick where the mortar has run down the face? As a novice, I built the base and dwarf wall for my conservatory, but the day was pretty wet and the mortar just got wetter and wetter as it absorbed more moisture. Outcome was that it ran down the face of the bricks and looks like (much worse than yours!) the brickwork by your left knee in the first half of the video. Any tips on clean up would be appreciated. Keep up the great work Stu!

104 bricks in 13 minutes = 8 bricks per minute = 4 per minute per man that means: 480 bricks per hour looking at 3840 bricks per 8hr shift (breaks not included) that's approx. 8 pallets a day or A HOUSE IN ONE DAY !!!

It all depends on the length by the hight in mm e.g. 3.590mm (length) × .900 (height) × 60= 193.86 To be safe add an extra 1 so you will need 194 bricks. Hope this helped in a way!😁

If I was building that bit of wall and another brickie wanted to help I'd tell him not to be so stupid! and build somewhere else on site. Too much talking on site.
