It’s a regular blank notebook (recycled paper) we have at office stores like Pagro, etc in my country :)

I‘m actually not motivated all the time at all, but I always try to have some hours a day for studying when there’s an exam coming up. But I also like to have some study free days, so I don’t get too overwhelmed 😊
