At least check the date of the posted source video. The video was posted on Aug,2,2024. The high court ruling came on Sep 12 2024. As per the verdict it's clearly mentioned only to use Safety glazing as per ISI standards. It will cost around 10k. But still the govt has given relaxation now. If people start misusing the verdict, then the things will turn around anytime

You aren’t completely right. There is no rule or verdict that states that you can only use safety glazing with ISI mark. It’s just a misinformation spread by the social media influencers to promote certain brands and products.

@@eapechen3573 Please read the verdict. It's available everywhere on the internet. It has clearly mentioned IS2553 BIS certified glazing products only. See how many brands are IS certified “Safety Glazing” are also permitted subject to the condition that the material used should conform to specifications in IS.2553 (Part 2) (First Revision): 2019 and subject to the limits of the percentage of VLT specified in Rule."
