Filipinos are highly influenced by 90's divas because of Karaoke. Growing up, the hardest songs were sung by our family members during parties. Usually most of the parties in the PH includes a karaoke machine and almost all of the houses have a karaoke CD. We just love singing even if we don't have the voice for it. 😂

I tried browsing through all of the comments to see if anyone told you this performance is from a (popular) amateur singing competition where she dominated the competition, my point in mentioning this is she is not a professional singer yet but she wowed a lot of people. You're true in every statement that u make, you're not trying to "please" your audience by always saying the "good things" unlike some reactors u just feel it they're just doing it to gain subscribers. Pls just continue being you, I'm always fascinated with vocal coaches reactions coz i learned alot especially the terms that i don't usually know before like "riffs, runs, slide, falsetto etc.. even though I'm not a singer it's just good to learn to people who are good on what they do.🙂
