The worst is buying from somewhere that "guarantees authentic products" only to get sent a fake after trusting them - that's exactly what happened to us in this BBG Talks episode! Thanks for this, 4 years ago I bought a bey from a company that sold fake beys and I was so sad because it bursted from just 1 hit from another real bey, it was a strike valtryek and the performance tip didn't work and I used it in a battle with a friend and the tip broke off and I was very sad and disappointed but, thanks BBG's.

Huh....that’s odd. I actually bought from that exact same seller before and all of the beys that I bought WERE 100% legit Takara Tomy/Youngtoys Beys.The bottoms of the Youngtoys boxes are slightly different as they don’t have the Corocoro label, but they still had the TT label, everything was wrapped up the exact way as a normal TT bey would when out of the package, and they even had the instruction manuals and everything with the sticker sheets having Hiro Morita, TVTokyo and TOMY copyrighted on them. They even had the QR codes. None of the Flame brand Beyblades have those copyrights on the sticker sheets or the QR Codes (That’s another way to know if your Beyblade is legit or not if you’re incredibly skeptic). Hmmm....very odd indeed. I guess the moral of the story is that shopping for Beyblades on eBay is a literal crapshoot. You could get lucky and get the actual bey, or you’ll get duped hard when you least expect it. Even from buyers that have good reviews. XD

I ordered that beyblade burst gt customize set the week it was released and I've waited maybe a year and played full price. $70 and I still havent received it. I'm currently trying to get a refund so thanks for some tips. Also beybladegeeks try the EverWish app. Ita fully real and really cheap. I recently got 2 master diabolos for only $50.

Initially got my beyblades off Ebay. Never got scammed yet in terms of fakes, but shortchanged in the amount of beyblades twice. Both sellers were from Hong Kong. Now I just deal with Japanese sellers. They pack better and faster (though Covid has delayed shipments). Keep it up BBG’s! Awesome stuff!

Not sure about Everwish, but Beyandbricks and Mall of Toys is legit. (Beysandbricks sell fake ones too, but they let you know. You can filter out "unbranded" and just buy Takara or Hasbro.)
