One thing I have noticed is that on real needles, the triangle at the end of the zipper directly points on the right side of the butterfly.. whereas the fake one you have points on the left side of the butterfly..the butterfly should also be only or no more than 2cm away from the triangle zipper part.

the real one is the one full with butterflies logo on it, the fake one is the black plain one. Hope it helps
