It is okay, I bought one at the official guess website, and it also says Cambodia, and I bought another one in a physical guess store and it says made in Vietnam. And none of my bags say EAC in the etiquettes. So, yeah, I just know that they're real 'cuz I bought them driectly from Guess.

Wow, those are some rather boring bags, apart from the real one which is amazingly hideous and looks cheaper than the other two! They all look like Kmart bags. Even the apparently expensive one is made in China.
