There was a toy back in the 70's or 80's called click clacks. These were similar to the toy you mentioned. The difference was the balls were on strings so they would hit you on the arm and it really hurt. LOL

Hi @kennedy it's actually the same law applied here.. However, the law here doesn't have much fangs in small streets like this because you won't see a traffic enforcer roaming around.. Just in the big roads
