If you press esc it shows all the enemies you'll be facing that night, and you can mouse over them for a description. It tells you if they fly, whether they have a melee or ranged attack, and what targets they prioritize.

The names in Thronefall are German. Wildbach means "wild brook/creek/stream", as in an energetic but small river.

Actually this game might be rather German than Scottish, because the Term „Wildbach“ (wild river/wild stream) is German and also this old scripture was commonly used in Germany in medieval times. Additionally you can see this old scripture in Germany. Example: the title screen of a German newspaper or also on street signs (very common in older districts).

Though I suspect I may be accused of being a grumpy old boomer (actually millennial, but still old and grumpy) complaining about these stupid zoomers and their lack of culture and distasteful music choices. Invest in this game guys. If you love RTS you will love this. Theres so many ways to play and troops to use in different ways. It's prettty cheap and so far no DLCS I probably put 20 hours just in the first 2 zones learning the game and another 30+ hours just enjoying unlocking and using new units. With how simple the graphics is its really easy to invent new types of guard /attack towers units. buildings etc. This is a game that never stops giving. absolutely love it! If it further down the road implements PVP would be even greater but even as it is. I could EASILY sink 100 hours into this. Just saw Cataclismo on steam which basicly is a simple version of this but in 3D. And also seems to have boss mobs? ( oh boy would i love that in this game oh i guess we actually had one so far so maybe we can expect more) but way less content for like 20$ a bit overprice for maybe tops 7-15 hours of content. They should learn from these guys and price it like 10$
