My absolute favorite line of this entire show-the cop at the end saying "And our plan worked...". The plan that they went with was (in my opinion) absolutely horrendous and the fact that they think they're "plan" was a success kind of shows a lack of being grounded in reality, and the fact that they let the final people who's homes got invaded get victimized was totally unnecessary as they already had more then enough evidence for a conviction twice over. I'm not trying to take anything away from the police, these people are brave and selfless people literally putting they're lives on the line for they're communities and that can't be overstated, im just saying they could have gone about they're apprehension better

Just wanted to point out: an apostrophe typically is a tool to replace a letter. In English, we often link two words together at the expense of a dropped letter(s). So in the case of "it's" - it literally denotes "it is" Or "you're" is just "you are" "They're" is "they are". The word you are looking for is "their", which points out a previously mentioned subject. (Keefe and Sean are intelligent people. But their opinions are often too biased) "There" points out a previously mentioned location (When you get the basement bathroom, look to the farthest corner of the room from the door. You will find my bong under the sink there)
@KeefeL2 жыл бұрын
Same thing as "who's" - which translates to "who is" (Who's down to hit up the liquor store?) The word you're looking for here is "whose" - which refers to a specific person/thing. (Whose panties are these? Who's that girl who slept in my bed last night again? I think it's hers. Oh, she's your girlfriend from that sorority? Heard they're all easy there. Their panties often show up unexpectedly in random locations)

The FBI came to the conclusion according to the show that the home invasions couldn't have been rogue cops because they were too violent. But there have literally been serial killers who were cops. And the FBI is often hesitant to coordinate with local police because they know they're corrupt. They almost come out and admit it it the end when they're congratulating themselves on a job well done, that coordination can work if you hook up with "the right people." Great episode.

Flint has never been safe since the sixties and early 70s when I was growing up we had a cop named Green who would rob dope dealers and sell it back to the streets, he was connected to slot of other grimey 💩 too. But I lost a lot of friends to the grave and prison. Straight cut throat city. Fly city ain't somewhere you wanna play and better not floss your shit to much. For not being a metropolitan city it's one of the worst cities in this country. Gary Indiana, Memphis n Cleveland also some ruff spots. I went back to Flint to visit back in 2015 and was like damn what did I grow up in. You don't realize it when it's all you know, glad I got out. 25 hrs for police to show up sometimes. Shhh we was never really tripping on them, it was the fbi we had to worry about. Much love n prayers to all my peers and everyone else stuck in Flint, Sagnasty, Grand rapids, & Detroit. It's a shame what's happened in my home state, it will never be the same again.

Frankly, that arrest team got pretty lucky none of its members was killed or wounded, and that the gang was arrested. The plan with the ambulance wasn't bad, but not good enough to outsmart those hyenas: generally, the folks in front of an ambulance wear white uniforms, not kevlar helmets and body armour. And a second vehicle coming from a side street in front of the van might have helped. Whether Detroit became that more safer might be a little bit too optimistic.

Great job! For real...these guys were truly dangerous. As I watched near the conclusion I couldn’t help but to think a few things. First, thank God there are officers out there that are working to stop truly bad people. This whole story is really boiled down to the poor ripping off the poor. And the civilians not apart of the drug trade that were caught up in this as unintended casualties with the trauma they will live with for the rest of their lives is the worst part. Second would be the street pursuit & running gun battle through a city in which more then skill & luck prevailed in that no civilians were killed by errant rounds. (In the service if any unit did this there would be hell to pay, little thing called ROE but okay) The second thought, what if there were no poor in our Country? Not like it is today. Would it be a shocker to think that most of the victims were drug dealers? And yes, it’s predation by predators on predators. But what if we as a County weren’t fighting a never ending & seemingly failing war on drugs rather fighting just as earnestly a war on poverty? I can’t help to believe that this would not have happened the way it happened. Please let me express that I am fully aware there are truly evil, bad people out there, and we need protection against these people. I lost my father to murder, still unsolved today and I wonder if that wasn’t connected to “shady” stuff myself...I was 8 so...and he was largely absent from my life but anyway. From my life experiences I believe that it’s often our environment that shapes us & who we are and become. I also remember a simpler time...when the term really m*** sh***!ng didn’t exist, neither did the internet or AI or election tampering, nor ransomeware etc. I’m also the survivor of an attempted murder, shot two times, chest & abdomen, with one bullet still in my body. I shouldn’t have survived. So was told by the trauma surgeon. My utmost respect for the truly good peacekeepers out there. The watch dogs protecting the people. Thank you. And take care out there, all of you. Maybe someday we’ll learn to be more...because we can be. Collectively. Be well.

Wrong. We’ve seen legalization of marijuana. All it did was make legal competition and the drugs aren’t a risk anymore so the price drops, once the price drops the drugs are too obtainable. Once that access changes, the drug dealers make less money. Anyone in Canada who was selling coke opened a cannabis company. Since legalization I know about 20 cannabis companies that have closed and their crews all just sell coke again. Everytime you decriminalize a drug you take away it’s value and the ripple effect is that not only do people mostly benefit from the drug being expensive due to Risk factor , but they also weigh in a risk vs reward cost benefit analysis and are willing to risk 25 years in jail for more money. You can’t decriminalize because there’s no taxing of it. It’s either legalization and sell It with tax or you keep The drug war going

😂 lol okayyy. If that happens then legal big pharma releases said drugs (see marijuana legalization) and then the drug dealers who were dealing have competition and can’t compete anymore. So they turn to other crime. In Canada everyone who sold blow started a cannabis company and now they’re all Selling blow again 😂 legalize drugs and there will just be more home invasions.

Most of the time, it is crooked cops and no one calls police because they are buddies.

Wow. The LEO's had a very lucky result. No officers injured, even with all that lead flying. Crims should have trained their shooting, not just MOE. And that guy chasing the leader after his weapon jammed. One shot one kill, and no injuries to himself... Crazy lucky result all round.

In the UK, I played a hand in drug sales, and was robbed by police on at least 10 occasions, and then one day I clocked em coming, thought am not getting nicked they can av 500, and it was the rule book police and 5yrs jail came my way, it was a long time ago I grew up but the paper chase made me nothing,a game,naaaah,a mugs game is more appropriate

Back about 7 years ago there was a similar gang in Pakistan my god there crimes were horrific alot of innocent people and specialy police officers were there target there crimes span decades plus the government at that time was also in there with them high profile figures of the government was always on the side of this gang Just to keep people happy government would say ooo were sending cops out they will be arrested but as always these criminals came out on top and the cops had no chance of winning against this violent gang Then after huge public backlash huge pressure the military intervened and absolutely the government couldn't say noo to the military then they carried out a huge operation with military commandos were sent in and luckily every single gang member was taken down and the leadership was arrested and tried in anti terrorism courts

Detroit cops are dirty, I was talking to a psychologist, he said, he was drinking and driving in Detroit, the cops beat him up, through him into a snow bank and took his money... He said he was angry, but, then glad he didn't get a DUI and all that comes with it ...

It’s annoying how they talk about how if police were doing It, they’d be noble home invaders. “Police officers will just go in, get what they need and leave.” “That’s the difference between these criminals and police officers. If a police officer is shot, they won’t leave a fellow officer.” Shit up dude.
@johnhenry48442 жыл бұрын
Bruh it’s called a profile, crooked cops trying to make money wouldn’t rape and torture people most of the time in comparison to criminals. And they were right
