I’ve failed the Michigan exam 3 times, I retest Nov 1. Google says Michigan has 1 of the hardest exams in the nation. I scored very low in Contracts until listening to Zach, now I got it! Math lessons next.

% has 2 (0) in it, move it over 2 places to the left 30% = 0.30. Mill is 1000 in Spanish or Latin. 1 mill = 1000. 1000 has 3 (0) in it, move it over to the left 3 spaces 27.50 = 0.02750. Hope this helps

When converting mills just divide the mill by 1000. You’ll instantly get the correct mill rate no confusion with decimal placement.

Because of this video I'm not worried at all. So thank you for sharing your knowledge with us all. Side note: I attempted to work the final commissions equation at 41 minutes and 23 second and it so happebs that the numbers should be multiplied not divided.

Thank you so much for these math questions! The only question I have is I thought that when calculating depreciation/appreciation, you divide the percentage if you’re looking for a smaller number and multiply if you’re looking for a bigger number? I’m referring to the question at 1:05:27 btw
