Will the BPA vanish if someone has a zero income in particular year? Or is it possible to claim a double BPA next year (for this one and the next one)?

If I take my profits from the stock market and immediately reinvest it into mortgage lending do I have to still pay taxes on the profits made originally from the stock market?

Would it benefit tax wise to incorporate if yearly income gross is only 18,000. Have a rental unit in my primary residence. Have avoided CCA because when I sell primary residence do not want a big tax bill.

Hi, just a quick question. We are residents of Alberta. We, as married couple, sold rental property with a profit of $120k. I am self-employed and will be taking 0 pay from my corporation for this year. My wife is earning about 40k per yr with her full-time job. How can we do tax saving in our case? Contributing to rrsp? Thanks a lot

Would it not make sense to incorporate if yearly income is only 18,000 gross from rental income. If incorporated when my primary residence sells would I have a huge tax bill? Rental unit in my basement of primary residence. Live in NB

RRSP IS GARBAGE

Why is it garbage? - tax deductible during working years. - grow dividends tax free until retirement. - take out at ( most likely) at lower tax rate when retire. I can’t see the garbage in that. -
