I used to be a chipotle fan being a vegetarian but recently on a trip to Utah, my friends (also vegetarian) introduced me to the concept of Taco Bell. It has wayyy more vegetarian options than chipotle including potato fillings inside tortillas that reminds me of Aalo paranthas on the go (ask them to toast it). Their Mexican pizza is also very good. I found it better than one simple option at Chipotle (and it is also more expensive than Taco Bell). Do try it out. Lovely vlog.
