Im so happy i have such supportive husband i live in uk with 2 kids alone with hubby, at first i was very scared my mum came around for 2 weeks to help as i had such a hard labour after birth i would feel dizzy, i also bf exclusively my husband and mum offered baby bottle so I can rest but she just refussed bottle upto now she is 10 months i found it hard but im gratefull my husband supported me i have a 3 yr old daughter my husband fed her took to school did everything i only rested but it was only for 2 weeks then after my mym had to go back to her house but then my husband did all House chores i only dealt with my children sleepless night i only lived with 4 hours a sleep and now its gettin better im gratefull

My postpartum was so so so difficult no one can imagine i have no parents and family is busy with their own family and inlaws was not supportive although my inlaws live with us i exclusively BF my baby and he was Colic cry al day and night sleeps only few hours so in results he is being held and i can't even go to rest room or eat my food bcz nobody make food for me one day my baby was feeding whole day and cry 😭 in the evening i told my hubby about that and told him i haven't eat anything from morning he immediately hold the baby and ask me to prepare food for my self amd eat meanwhile his elder brother come and told baby is hungry and BF is not sufficient for him so my hubby rished to pharmacy and bring top feed and bottle and give him that and thsi is only one day story my in-laws live with us but never guide us or help me thses things i can never forget 😢

I am in Australia nd my son suffered a lot with colic.. and try to avoid skin care products use dahi for bath and coconut for massage or soothing skin .. You can use probiotics drops as well and tummy time do work sometimes. In short after 3-4 months baby will get better by itself.

Colic k liye apko tea , oil ,spicy food ,maida,besan avoid krna chaiye and also some veggies like potato, tomato etc and curd also.. My baby is 2.5 month old.. Me bhi ye ye sab avoid kr rahi hu usko colic ki koi problem nhi hui h abhi tak... Ap tea ki jagah milk lijiye 2 times a day and 1 time wheat daliya with milk till 6 month
