How close does the cold foam compare to the taste of the Starbucks?

The cold foam at Starbucks is made with heavy cream and sugar and vanilla so it does taste a little different! I’ll share my sugar free version of the Starbucks cold foam!

I don’t think I caught it earlier but you have your coffee before your fast is over right? You said you eat your first meal around noon but do your coffee whenever you want right?

The last month I’ve taken a break! I’ve been taking antibiotics so I have to eat with those- so I’ve been holding off on fasting until those are gone. And then if I have coffee during a fast I don’t add any almond milk or creamer to it!
