A tip for measuring pasta that always works for me: add a little less pasta than you think you need. if you cook too little, you can always add more! and if you cook too much, dont mix all of it with the sauce. Mix how much you need and put the rest in the fridge for another time! Also great video as always!! 💞💗

as an italian, a portion of pasta for one person is between 90 and 120 grams, i usually just eye it based on the packaging size (say if the box is 500 grams i check if i got 1/5 of it more or less)

Hey Breanna❤️ Italian follower here! so with the pasta the average for person is 80-100 grams for a meal, since the pasta tends to expand while boiling, I recommend you don’t put too much of it❤️ also before putting it in the water remember to put salt and wait for the water to boil💗 love your videos and hope this helps youuu
