I think this technique would work better for me. Takes the guess work out of whether the placements are right. One question…do you glue the cap to your head or just take it off and on whenever you want to wear it?

You can it’s completely up to you. I like to glue because I have more versatility and it lays very flat. When you sew you are limited to the amount of tracks you can lay.
