I lost 130 pounds cause of this man. Gained it back after Mom died and being overworked and finding a happy relationship, now losing it again with what I learned. Down 16 pounds out of 130. Got a ways to go to get where I was last year

What I love about the anabolic diet is I can eat 2000 calories and feel full all day. Where before I’d eat 2000 calories for breakfast at ihop and be starving by lunch.

Been following the channel many many years now. Your recipes have changed my life. As a bigger guy (6’4 235lbs) it feels almost impossible to eat enough when it come to the boring chicken rice and broccoli. Before Government lockdowns and gyms shutting down, I was on track to be in the best shape of my life. I was using the REM cookbook religiously and working out like crazy. Got depressed when everything shut down and haven't tried as hard since then. But this year I'm not taking no for an answer! LETS DO ITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!

I managed to maintain my weight for a year by eating this way. These meals are better options than eating “chicken, broccoli, and rice” for weight loss or to stay shredded. I went from being 250-300 pounds to 166 pounds after three years (2 years in the gym). I used a handheld body fat loss monitor and it says that I’m now 13.4% body fat. I started this health and fitness during the pandemic. Keep it up with the content. Channels like this were extremely helpful during my health ongoing journey!

I’m a broke college kid who’s trying my best to make this diet work. Lost 3 pounds in the first week and still going strong! Just ate my first Anabar today that I found miraculously at Trader Joe’s and it seriously was the best tasting protein bar I’ve ever had. I could eat them all day if I could afford it! Great job!

I've lost 60 pounds eating the anabolic diet and working out over the last year. I went from 210 down to 140, and have since put on 10 pounds of lean muscle mass. In regards to your video, I still don't know why everyone sleeps on canned chicken. Some of the absolute best macros you can get without having to cook and it's incredibly versatile. I eat 2-3 cans daily in various ways. Great for chicken tacos.

This is the first diet that's felt easy and... Not like a diet? I've done Keto, Paleo, Atkins and extreme dieting using hormones. I've lost the weight (going from 350 on average to 180-200) 2 time and gained the weight back both times. I've been doing this for a week now and lost 8 pounds which feels awesome! And it really didn't feel hard. I wasn't hungry, got to have pizza and breakfast sandwiches. Things are looking good for 2023!!!! Thank you for your help!

The green powder is quite literally a life saver. A lot of the time I just can’t be bothered to cook veggies and don’t feel like doing it, and unfortunately I’ve went months at a time without a single vegetable, and I get a lot of peace of mind knowing I’m getting the same vitamins and antioxidants. Realistically if your diet is high enough in fibre, you never need to eat a vegetable again if you use a green powder. Anyone that can’t consistently eat veggies should have one. For the sake of health, it’s invaluable to someone like me.

You should try making the chicken nuggets with the can chicken!! It’s really good! 1can chicken,1 egg, and shredded cheese! I use a small muffin mold. Love your recipes and relationship with your lady!

Man you can EASILY CUT the calories in half on that PBJ by using 647 bread (40 calories per slice) and use pb2 mixed with water for the peanut butter. That would be about 260 calories. You could prob even have 2
