I never felt this way after making a video. Doubting myself if it’s the right decision to post it but I think it’s the right one. It I s so important for me to share both highs, lows and my learnings. Throughout this week I made some important realisations which initially led me to make the right decisions to set myself on the correct path again, which I didn’t know I was moving away from. I am proud of being able to see through myself in a clearer perspective than I would’ve in the past. To me, this video is an example of how you can move on from one point to another and take the strongest part of it and use it for the better. I am excited to share the changes I’ve already made and show you how much I learnt this week (I gained weight back already). A note to self to never be too proud to learn from your mistakes. Sometimes you learn the most from what you expect the least. That is exactly what happened this week.

I resonate with the rest day and trying to eat. Honestly, seeing you be real with your audience and sharing your thoughts is a very courageous thing - and I’m trying to also better myself. So seeing content like yours push me to try and work on myself in a positive way. I’ve not followed you for long, but I’ve gone back on your videos to watch as I really enjoy your content and I hope you enjoy posting them too .x

I (almost) can't think of anything I don't feel like talking about - because when you return to me in the comments, it's all worth it. I am really happy to be helping you in the right direction. This is exactly what makes it enjoyable xx

you are being one role model to me actually. i'm struggling with anorexia and i'm just trying to recover from it, even (as you must know) is really difficult. But i'm understanding the important to eat bcs my body need it, even through i don't have still the concept of the importance to rest... i'm excited you'll make another videos like this, specially what you eat. It could sound a bit strange, but watching it could help me more and actually bcs i'm a bit worried about what you eat seeing you doing all of this movement you're doing. Not in a bad way, but bcs i know you are trying to get stronger respect to the past, and obviously to be good is necessary eating well, specially when you have been struggling with anorexia. love you!

THIS made me so happy! I can't really believe that I'm reading this. Thank you so much for letting me know. I will do a lot of food-based videos because I am aware, that you really find them motivating and learning too. I just simply couldn't fit it into this video, with the fact that it's already 20+ minutes. It would've been an entire movie haha... Remember, training for a marathon or not, you need to fuel. Eat and satisfy your body and mental cravings!

I am so proud of you for admitting that! When I watched the video, I thought that you have lost weight and I was really worried, that you don't notice it, so I am so happy you did and that you want to change it! I was asked the other day if I wanted to join a weightlifting team and do some competitions and I really don't know if that's a good idea bc at contests there is a lot of focus on your bodyweight and in what weight"class" you are and so on. So as I am already way to focused on my weight I don't know if it would make it worse or if it could actually help me...what do you think? Much love from Austria 😘

It is really brave to share this right now, not later. Usually people share a difficult story after they ‘fixed’ it, they look back and say they haven’t been honest. But the fact that you just share your thoughts right now is really brave and I really appreciate it, thank you🤗 Also, a while a go I commented on a video about me trying to keep on gaining weight (and I asked if you were still actively gaining weight). I wanted to share an update, because your reaction also gave me some support to keep going through this very very uncomfortable phase, and it is going really well!! 🤩 I want to grow more muscle and gain more weight, so I’m not done yet (unfortunately) but we are still going strong!😊 so thank you for the support, and let me give you some as well!! Have a nice evening🫶🏻

Sound like you got a game plan so I hope it works out well, if not you will finetune it untill it feels good. I´m looking forward to more about the marathon. Wish i did the same as you when it slippery outside not going for a run... but i was stubbern and now i have learned not to do it next time ;) (no serious injury just a weird fall and a big ego bruise :p ) Loved to see you when you mentioned you did a dance class for fun. Hey Katharina - a brief skip through as I don't have much time - I really like your routine! It seems to me that we tend to reach our goals as a result of a sustainable amount of effort over a long period of time, better than an unsustainable level that cannot last! I am pleased that you are listening to your body and not pushing beyond what is appropriate - that's a really good thing! Focusing on the form rather than the amount of weight is also definitely the right idea! Lower body resistence work followed by a run the next day seems like a strange combination to me - are your legs not really heavy on run day? 🤔 You're a real inspiration, 15k subscribers and the many more who will surely follow definitely deserved - great stuff! 👍
@katharinaschneiderr

First of all, thank you! :) My legs actually feel perfectly fine the day after - well, that's how I felt this week. Not every week is the same tho! However, when I experience my legs feeling heavy and my body being sluggish, I'd either run much slower or just a lot shorter - or not run at all. It all depends on how I'm feeling on the day. I believe that's why I struggle with sticking to plans and so. I'd much rather do what feels good, physically and mentally, than forcing myself to do a certain run or workout :) And thank you!! I am really grateful and happy to be at this point. It's only forward!
