Can't wait for this one to release. It would be amazing to have HDRP lighting tutorials for Dawn / Day / Night, Dark Caves or Bright Rooms.. Not just what's realistic, but artistic decisions made to make these lighting settings look truly good. You do this already in a lot of videos. Showing how level design can capitalize your lighting / point of focus areas.

Thx :) When it comes to lighting, everyone should adjust it to the mood of their scene, here are only the basics of what to use and how it affects the image and what to pay attention to :)

can Unity handle 100km of area?
@SetaLevelDesign Жыл бұрын
I've never created such extensive levels, although the maximum size of one terrain in unity is just 100KM, but there may be a problem with its optimization without additional tools.

btw which version of unity do you use also can you make a tutorial on procedural terrain painter asset and stamp It i do not understand there working
@SetaLevelDesign Жыл бұрын
In this case, it is Unity 2021, but everything can also be used in 2022. I will go to 2022 (except for individual videos) when its LTS version comes out. Regarding tutorials about stamps and the rest I think I will make them as short tutorials (max 2 min) in the near future:)

@@SetaLevelDesign yeah another question sorry for disturbing my local fog is not visible and some of the lighting like the global screen space reflection and all is showing that it is not present in this HDRP asset when I am trying to add it's override so do you know it's cause and can you suggest a fix?
@SetaLevelDesign Жыл бұрын
@@animeshortsstatus7997 No problem:) check if it works: - First add fog to global volume and make it enable and enable Volumetric fog option. Only then does local volumetric fog become visible :) Unity still can't use local volume fog by itself :) - most likely you don't have them enabled in Project Settings. Edit-> Project Setting -> Quality -> HDRP -> Lighting and select SSGI and SSR there:) Let me know if it helped:)
