So sorry that happened with your tracks girl! As a hairdresser, the best way I’ve found to remove it is to heat up the track with your blow dryer, and it starts to lift out slowly … with nothing but The mandatory shed hair on it 😩👌🏾👌🏾

To help loosen the tracks try using olive oil or coconut oil, really any type of oil will work.

I take my wigs off each night to make the wigs last longer. It’s also easier to tie my leave out down without my wig on.

When you do the faux wig method, how do you keep the wig on your head? Is there like a band or maybe like hair clips in there? I notice when I buy wigs they’re a little too small or maybe I just got a big head lol which is OK. It’s fine. I’ll be fine. But I don’t think wigs come with like sizes for the cap. I’ll have to double check.

I use Secret. I usually wax my underarms bc I find it helps with hyperpigmentation but I’ll shave as well.

I have a question and please don't take it the wrong way, why do girls get perms to wear wigs ? It seems counterproductive. Also glad you showed a realistic body care routine, the girls do too much at times.

Girl listen, I do not have time for a 30 step shower routine 😂 but I changed my hair often. I’ll wear my relaxed hair, then switch to a wig then wear braids. I’m constantly changing my hair.
