For my three I found that putting them to bed right at 8 and having them prepare and wind down about 7 was perfect. They still sleep at this time 7-9 years later. Children love the security of a sleep schedule ❤

Congratulations! Just take your time! Do not try to do too much in the beginning rest and feed yourself and baby. Get as much help as you can; those first couple of weeks are tough give yourself plenty of patience and grace especially if you plan to breastfeed too. The nights seem long but as time goes on it get easier to make routines but some days routine goes out the window and you just wing it lol
