*REALISTIC* NIGHT ROUTINE: how I unwind + my everyday skincare regiment + prioritizing self care

Alright, let’s spill the tea on routines, shall we? We all like to think we’re living life on the wild side, throwing caution to the wind and embracing spontaneity like it’s our middle name. But deep down, we know the truth: routines are our silent companions, guiding us through the dance of each day, whether we admit it or not.
No two routines are identical. Yours might involve a sunrise yoga session followed by a double-shot espresso, while mine consists of hitting the snooze button a couple of times before begrudgingly rolling out of bed and stumbling towards the coffee maker. And you know what? That’s perfectly okay. It’s what makes us unique, one-of-a-kind individuals
Me? Well, I find solace in the simplicity of a cozy evening in my cozy little apartment. A “perfect” night routine for me consists of eating a healthy dinner, watching HGTV (Disclaimer: HGTV, if you’re listening, I’m totally open to sponsorship. Just saying.), and doing a quick stretch sesh.
But wait, there’s more. We can’t forget the peanut butter banana cereal bowl- that crunchy, salty, sweet concoction I created a few years back and continue to enjoy nightly to this day.
