You should read with her every night. Flash cards at night is an activator and you want her to calm down for sleep. TV is another activator. 8:30pm for a three year old who is in school all day is a late bedtime. Nae Nae should get at least 10-12 hours each night at her age. When we went into lockdown during Covid I used that opportunity to work on getting my then 5 year old to stay in her bed/room. Honestly, every time she woke up and came into my bed I walked her back to her bedroom. It was exhausting but you have to be consistent and not give in. It’s going to be hard but the tears are not because she is in pain instead she wants to get into your bed.

Dasia (( if you still need help with Nae Nae’s hair )) If you wanted less edges out on Nae Nae’s hair you could brush them up with the hair and then brush the amount of edges you want out ,, and if you want less frizzing you could use lotta body mousse and Murray’s edge wax. For them to sleep in their bed Use storybooks, lullabies, bedtime talk to help your child fall asleep. Leave the door open. Leave on a night light. If your toddler gets up, walk them back to bed, tuck them in, and remind them about the routine.

When Daisa bathes nae nae, she is gentle. However, it's important to understand that gentle parenting doesn't always guarantee that nae nae will listen. Nae Nae is only three years old, so off she not gonna always listen until you raise your voice. I got a tip to get them to sleep in their bed so what you do is you have their favorite tree or something and tell them that it’s gonna be in their bed if they go to sleep and they’ll be there in the morning so just once they wake up and they ask you or something or if they forget, give it to them and then they’ll make them learn like sleep in the bed

Some tips to make her sleep is let her lay in the bed and turn on the tv and put on her favorite shows or either play nature or sleeping or calming music and you could get a night light that shows up on her ceiling and she can look up anytime and you could get sage oil and rub it on her, hope this helps
