I just wish they added these physics in the offical F1 games. I want to risk crashing legitimately, it makes better drivers. No risk = no fun

The reason that the crash physics in racing games are so bad is because the game is using official car models and car companies don’t want there cars to get crashed because they think that ppl will think about if there car is safe or not. The game developers also don’t want age restrictions on there game. (The reason Beamng drive has such realistic car physics is because none of there car model are official models of cars)

Making mods is a very long and time intensive process. If work began today, it would probably take until 2025 to complete with any level of care. And I very much doubt anyone would be doing it with characters from a Pixar movie when real cars are still awaiting production.
