I'm honestly not sure why so many people are complaining about the breakfast she cooked. Deconstructed she gave her daughter: carbohydrates, protein, and vegetables. How different is what she prepared compared to a vegetable omelette and toast? Instead of focusing on what you presume to be a "negative" we should be grateful that there are children in our schools being raised with an apparently involved, attentive, grounded and approachable mother. I dare say if more parents, grandparents and guardians were like this the world would be a much better and safer place for generations to come.

It is actually better for our health if we have full balanced meal for breakfast. Grain, veggie, protein. Fiber is also encouraged or some water like this family does. She is actually doing everything right for her children. Anyone criticizing this routine is probably just looking for the bad in something so good.

Before people give advice it’s always best to actually research People saying big breakfast 1. What makes you think bread ( as some suggested) Is lighter than Indomie? Is there evidence ? 2. What makes you think you cant have heavy meals as breakfast ... u can have an heavy breakfast and light dinner That breakfast look ok and looks quite nutritious. If you don’t mind me adding though dentists always recommend children to still have milk ( at some point in the day) God bless Well done!!!

Thank you so much for this video. You are a great woman! Bless you for making out time for creating these videos for us. Such wonderful kids! Personally,what I do on sundays is to prep all the veggies I would need for the week and store in the fridge,so if you need to make any veggies stirfry, you just take out of the one from the fridge(I make the ones that would go for lots of menu e.g. fried rice,noodles.etc) It stores well for the whole week and saves you time and energy. I also do that for the fruits/veggies my kids would take to school for the week. I clean and cut carrots,apples,watermelon,oranges,lettuce,cucumber etc, and store in air tight containers. So each morning I just take out what they would need for the day. No cooking in the mornings for me at all! Great job!

Love the way you clean as you go. Not just let things pile up. I clean like that too. And I also make sure my kids are showered and fresh just like you do before they go to school or anywhere else.
