I'm originally from the northeast and we have lots of split level homes. I love them! It gives you the best of both worlds honestly. The stairs aren't too high, but you have multiple levels, and they tend to be open-ish. You did great recreating this

Unzip the file, add the tray files to your tray file folder and then the cc to your mods folder. Then it will be in your library!

Hi love, I’m having major issues with this build for some reason. I’ve removed all my cc and mods and only left the folder containing the cc for this build. Added a family and the sims will make the completed load up sound, but never load the household, leaving me on an endless loading screen. 😢I spent at least 3-4 days trying to test it, and downloading mod/cc detectors to figure out what’s causing the issue… but it seems to not get caught by the better exceptions mod or when I use mod manager to detect the bad cc and remove it, the house still won’t load until I remove the entire cc folder from the game entirely. Is it anyway to help me with this please🙏🏽

After you place the tray files in your tray file folder and the cc in your mods, then it will be located in your library. Just make sure you have the include custom content box checked!
