You know before coming across Krissy I was one of those girls that only worked out glutes, afraid to get super bulky and eating less than 1000 calories. And now I strength train my entire body and eat so so much more, working out for my mental health more than for aesthetics, and in the best shape of my life. I get stopped by so many people for my hourglass physique it's insane. You are such a gem to the fitness community and I hope you know the work you do matters so much. 💛

Speaking from a pharmacist point of view, coffee do have antioxidants which can fight oxidative stress that happens from consuming fats, smoking, fried food, etc which can increase the lifespan BUT it doesn't help THAT much. There are better sources other than SkyNews (Pubmed, Medscape, HealthLine, Myoclinic) to have a solid information. Much love, your content has inspired and helped me with my workout!

I am a newbie to this fitness world.All throughout my life,I was always fit and lean looking girl without any workout (mesomorph maybe),but yes I was really active in sports,trekking,hiking but did it all for fun and never through the eyes of being fit.But back in 2021 due to work from home culture and overeating and sitting all day ,I gained so so much weight like legit 20kgs and couldn’t see myself that way so on Jan 2022 I started my strength training journey and within a year I lost 20kgs ,back at 55kgs but way more fit looking than before,way more stamina ,endurance and flexibility. This year’s goal is to really get them muscles and be strong and to eat and eat.And thanks to the universe that I discovered Krissy ,the way she teaches is incredible..I have gained way more knowledge in these few weeks by watching her videos than my entire one year of training ❤Love love

As a mother of two, I started my fitness journey 2.5 years ago. All I was focused on was losing weight, getting skinny. Now I’m focused on getting stronger, building that booty and becoming the best, physical and mental version of me for myself and my family . I now understand that food is a necessity, not the enemy . Your videos have helped tremendously and your honesty is refreshing. The area I have trouble with is balancing eating and working out. Your meals are amazing but I feel like I’d have to work out for hours to compensate as I’m not at your level in regards to time working out. I’m lucky if I can get a 30/45 min HIIT workout in. Can’t spend hours at the gym. How do you balance that?

I have five daughters. The oldest is 15, the youngest are six year old twins. My middle daughter has special needs and is medically fragile - and the reason I HAVE to stay strong. So this is what I do. I have a set of variable weights. I do at least an hour of weights every day - however I rarely do it all at once. I have a routine, I have exercises that are a must each day, but they are spread out - sometimes in 5 minute increments - throughout the day. If I told myself I had to schedule in one hour at this or that time, I guarantee something would go wrong. Spreading it out means it ALWAYS gets done. As for the eating side of things, I make two things every five days that will last five days for lunch and dinners.

@@mamaworksoutk2093 personally speaking, I don't want to lift much more than I do currently. Having had so many kids (!) puts me at risk of prolapse. I also worry about the few varicose veins I have growing or worsening, which is common in weight lifters, but even more so for us mums whose bodies have already been put through a lot!! That being said, being comfortable in our bodies is critical for our children's self esteem - and it's fun to be able to keep up with them no matter what they do 😉

I always eat fatty food and I still got arthritis in my knees, gaining weight and a lot of impact on your joints causes you to loose cartilage that's what my doctor said. So I lost over 30lbs and counting and I'm feeling better. Also off the books I drink castor oil once every month and it not only keeps you moving but I swear I think my arthritis is gone but it's In combination to lots of things. Just talk to your doctors before taking anything. I love her videos and she's an amazing teacher through my weight loss. Love you Krissy 💋💋

for arthritis, the key treatment is to just move move move and strengthen your muscles joints and bones with the movement. Diet alone can’t lessen the pain. Exercise alone can’t either- it’s a strong combination. I’m 25 and been diagnosed w early osteoarthritis. I started strength training and I feel invincible.

just love watching your videos :) and you, among others, reminded me how important animal foods are. eating lore eggs, meat, fish now again (I kinda got brainwashed into a very plantbased/kinda vegan lifestyle which is not very protein rich but rather carb rich) and I feel great! It’s so easy to get those 150 g of protein per day (1.5-2g protein per kg body weight) and today at the gym… glutes workout .. I felt so strong and good!!! Hey Krissy!! I always love your videos and I’m obsessed with your brand!! I have an idea if you haven’t already started on it haha it’s a form fitting runners jacket!! For examples I’d say lulu lemon has a good one. It’s very flattering for the arm muscles and waist but it also keeps the muscles warm during the colder mornings. It’d be awesome to have pockets on it as well as thumb holes and have the collar go a little over the neck like a mock turtle neck. Love ya!! 💞

A lot of foods are high in omega 3 including eggs. I believe 2 eggs provide like 70%-120% depending on your size, age etc. of the daily recommended amount for humans. :)
