I live in South of France and our winters are not that cold (between 5 and 15° degrees in general, it rarely goes under 0, maybe only in the early morning). I still use heat tech clothes, especially when I visit my friends in Paris where it's colder, and I wear warm socks, beannie and gloves to keep me warm.

Loved the vlog! Glad you're doing well back in Korea! Can I offer some poached egg advice that might improve their texture? If you add a tablespoon of white vinegar to the pot and make sure the water is gently swirling and producing small, infrequent bubbles when you drop the eggs in, you should get rounder eggs that preserve the yolk better so you can enjoy the runny yolk with a fully cooked white. For your lips, get a product with beeswax in it if you can find one. I make my own products because my skin is super sensitive and super dry so finding one to buy was super hard and expensive so I just do it myself lol. My lip balm recipe is roughly half beeswax and it is so so good for all seasons but especially winter!

Covering your feet and putting on a hat traps your body heat and can keep you very warm. It's currently 40° give or take in Oregon 🤔 it's been cold. Where I'm from in Eastern Washington has had -14° in winter time....
