Ned Rig Bass Fishing Tips for Bank Anglers - Easy Ned Rigs (Part 1)

These Ned rig bass fishing tips are mainly for bank anglers. And here are a couple of easy Ned Rigs you may want to try. Yesterday I was fishing with a Texas Rig and I couldn't even get one bite. Wanting to change things up, I open some new lure from Diesel Baits. I start off fishing a hellgrammite but I don't catch anything but mermaid hair. After switching to the 4 inch worm, I finally get some action! I catch a beautiful two pound bass! I catch it in the same place I just fished the hellgrammite. Its quite obvious, the ned rigged worm is what they want. Stay tuned for part 2 #realistic #fishing

Stinking Rotting Catfish Corpse will be the name of my band. It would have to be a punk rock band - or maybe smooth jazz. 1/16th Oz plain round jighead with a 2-inch shad imitation on it is responsible for a great number of quality fish for me. Yes, you will get snagged up or drag cabbage, but Ned rigs are awesome, cheap, and produce.

Me too. I always do my fish cleaning at home and properly dispose of the carcass. I am planning to do a catch and cook with a friend soon but we are gonna bring a bag to put what we don't eat in(and a tote to put to put that in so as to cover the smell on the way home and put it in the trash.)

I caught a three pounder not long ago.but it was top water fishing using a popping bug. That rascal jumped all over it. It was during Bluegill spawn which was what I was after but Bass hang around Bluegill beds waiting for lunch. Instead he went for the popper.

Do you ever use the offset ned rig jig heads? Cut WAY down on my snags and I still get to fish it like a ned rig. Great for those hellgrammite lures.

Went out today after changing my line to copolymer line and regretting it. Had an 8' worm Texas rigged on 8lbs test on my spinning reel and snapped the line on the hookset. Should have just stayed with monofilament. 🤦‍♂️
