I know what kind of scumbags student were there. All empty chips packet and beer bottles thrown under the bed. People stinking like shit. Not going to class and not even taking bath even when water enough water is there. Whole day drinking and smoking. Now they can't buy old monk because of fee hike. No, the governemnt needs to spend more. India only allocated 2% of its gdp to education(less than many third world countries) and underspent 4 out of 5 years in the last term. Thats 4 lakhs crores of money stolen, they can provide butter chicken for 30rs in parliament but cant spend on edcucation? This is a public university not a private one, the government is supposed to pay via taxes, people are not supposed to individually pay.
