That's why I said go for it when you are already 35 to see if your progression is above grade 3 then just accept the baldness otherwise you will regret all your life believe me. Successful ht means you should look good after transplant and in case of higher grade of baldness your head will have just few strands popping up on your head after few years which looks super weired.

If you are doing it at lower grade and if your baldness is progressive you have to be on finasteride for long time and if you are getting it done when your hairfall is stable then you can avoid taking it .people have wrong expectations from ht ....it is a procedure to cover your baldness not to take you back in your 20' s. When you use the word regret , it is applicable for those set of people who want to have full dense hairs after reaching grade 5 or above which is totally wrong.even top doctors say that people should have realistic expectations from ht and the purpose of ht is to get your bald area covered. If people have wrong expectations then they will regret for sure.
