Move as early as possible, Canadian labour laws will be different than India, which is why better to start there as early as possible. Another thing is most people are coming back from Canada across IT, Finance, HR … because Canadian job market is not as good as that of US. Secondly, rentals and inflation is super high. Maybe try for some European country, which would be better.
