Thanks sir for this video. I was interviewed by PwC SDC on 7th March (Pune Centre) and I was satisfied with my interview. I thought I had a reasonable chance of getting selected in PwC. However, there was no communication from PwC till 10th March despite the fact that I had sent them an e-mail requesting them to inform me the result of my interview. On 13th March, I got an e-mail from PwC stating that they cannot proceed with my candidature. Fortunately I had given my online consent to another firm and accepted the offer from that firm on 9th March. The whole experience of interviews conducted by PwC was really frustrating. ICAI should make it mandatory on the companies/employers to declare the results of the interviews on either the same day or the next day so that the candidate's time is not wasted.

Sir this is the real problem, the icai image is downgrading. Also the end result of the struggle of a CA student should not be this, we are spending a chunk of our life's time for a better future.

I got shortlisted for 8 companies, selected 3 in the first round and 1 in the second round, the cosent i had given in the second round was not recorded because of portal problem, and EY shortlisted me but no link for interview was sent which wasted my consent, so out of 8 companies i could attend only 2 interviews, idk why companies shortlist if they dont want to conduct the interview and there is nothing that you can do about it. And icai does nothing about this please start applying off campus dont depend on campus, it will save a lot of time and stress and if you have taken multiple attempts please keep your expectations low, my friends with 3-4 attempts were shortlisted by only 1 or 2 companies.

You are right sir same happens with my friends they didn't get 2 interview links out of 4 . although i got 4 liye links and got selected in pwc sdc in nov2022 but I want to ho in ey gds where my interview went so well more than pwc but they didn't responded whether i m rejected or not and atlast i have selected pwc sdc

My experience with PWC SDC was same...they took only 9 mints of interview...and i was confident that ho jyega...bt waited for 3 days...thn mailed them...nd got the same reply.."good luck..we cannot move further with your candidature "

Hello sir 💕 Sir in icai campus I shortlisted by 3 company and my experience are HDFC :- being interviewed for less than 2 min. PWC : interviewed on time and great expirence and also announced results ICICI Bank : I waited for 3 hour for interview on dt 09 march 23 and it gone great but till now no communication from ICICI Bank. Firstly my interview are scheduled in March and I supposed that I will join in March but till now I feel demotivated bcoz it's been 2 month and still I have no job 😭.

Simple Solution for this Problem:- Do Business. Govt providing Interest Free Loan for New Businesses. Be a Chooser. Because, Begger can't be Chooser. In Last You can start your Own Private Coaching as most of the Qualified CA's are doing and Slam ICAI on Your Channel without any Fear. 😀

I was shortlisted by 18 companies. Out of the 4 that I selected 3 companies did not even provide the link to the interview. I raised this issue with the ICAI to which they responded "Small centres are also available". Instead of taking actions against these companies ICAI wants us to find another alternative to getting jobs. To 500 rupees liye hi kyu

Campus is literally a joke sir. 8 companies shortlisted me and we can gave consent to max 4 companies out of which i received interview link of only 1 company although i got selected in ICICI Bank but still no updates received till now, HR is not responding to calls . It's very disheartening to see after putting so much effort, precious years of life and getting such reputed degree for getting jobs we have to face such pathetic issues. How fair it was. ICAI should seriously look into these issues.
