Listen carefully, she was born in Abudhabi.. that gives her Green card in just couple of years once she finds someone for her to apply it. so for her, it always worth giving every shot to be on board and keep trying. She figured it out best I would say. For STEM people, US is giving you a living life.. when if comes to immigration here in US, Indians are the worst affected.

I am a teacher here and I came in 2005 still waiting for green card ,my son is here and he aged out and he is a Physician Assistant and OPT is only one year it com under No STEM. He is stuck and he is in his OPT right now.
