Basic question. If portable ac is pushing out hot air from condensor to outside through pipe, it means it is pushing air from inside to outside. That also means outside air will also be pulled into room throgh door and window gaps to equalize it even though we close them. Am i correct?

No, That is technician's trick to cheat you because aluminium condensers are very likely to leak the refrigerant. In that case, you will call the technician.
