I just want to say yess bank job is hard and stressfull because my dad is also a Bank manager in Indian bank 🏦 but having a job with stress is better than being unemployed with stress and no money. Here i am talking about only banks under IBPS not in SBI. Sbi is quite better than other public sector banks. As a bank employee my dad always says to me to prepare hard to join SBI where stress is quite less than other banks. So i think most of u guys have got the answer here.

1st of all crack even any single clerical exam of IBPS before criticising anyone. It is easy to criticize while sitting in cooperative bank. Live our life then decide is it worth to give this much time to banking exam and going 1000's of kilometres away from home where you even don't understand their language. My suggestion is also the same don't stop preparation after getting bankjob. I have experience of 1 year in clerk and 1 year in PO in nationalised bank and preparing for insurance and regulatory body exam. 1st get selection then criticize someone.

Just my opinion: har 9 to 5 job me work pressure rahte he, even govt teacher ka bhi. Lekin work pressure ka nature different he. Bank me cross selling & public dealing ki wajah se jyada pressure rahte he aur ye bat bilkul sach he. Ek aspirant ko dono pros & cons janna koi bura bat nhi he, taki woh samaj paye ye job unke liye he ya nhi. Kuch course bechne wale log cons ke bare me nhi batate. Aur bat me job korte time kuch aspirant ko dikkat bhi hote he. Btw, Ye person to person bhi depend karte he.
